1. Race has nothing to do with class, so whether you are human, shura, wisp, or sprite, as long as you are a thief, you can steal. 2. Domo have sub job system, so basically every class can steal, as long as you have sub job thief, or be a thief itselves, and you have taken the stealing skill. 3.
