Question Status Cross Classing Question

Hey, i have read the cross classing guide on here and looked up stuff on it, but i need someone to clarify things about it. I have a lvl 20 ranger, say i make it to lvl 30 and choose a warrior.
(1) I would then have all the Basic and Expert skills of rangers and warriors right?
(2) If i dont choose a warrior and continue on to be a hunter then i would have the advantage of using special ranger only class skills right?
(3) If i wanted to choose a summoner at lvl 30, should i stop using my bow and start using the force now (which is currently 0)?
(4) If i didnt cross class at lvl 30, could i do so at lvl 40?

4/ i'm not so sure, but when i hit 40 as a summoner, i only can go to grazier or dark priest. So i think the answer should be no
