| Sorry, not a clue but my guess would be to go online to ebay or another auction site and buy it there, it's easy and they ship it right to ya. Or, try amazon.com and buy it new or used and get it shipped to your door. |

You get it cheaper by downloading client from EVE Online site and register for 14 day free trial.
They have done some serious graphics overhaul to game that even if you get box you will download lots of data. |

If you just want the art book i'd order that separate and do what raakareiska said and just download the client and fire up a trial account.
Be prepared to pay lot of shipping though as everything is shipped out of Europe or Iceland. |
