The problem with this, is that there needs to be more information to properly answer the question. Without knowing much information here are my suggestions:
1) Use the Combined Community Codec (http://www.cccp-project.net/) [download and install this]
2) Make sure that there are no Codec problems with your Windows Media Player - you can always check for updates, having the newest install doesn't always mean having the updates required for it.
3) Use a different browser, sometimes this will work. Keep in mind that there's more than just Internet Explorer and Firefox out there. Opera, Wyzo, Netscape to name a few are just as well in most areas and are variations.
4) Make sure it's not always the same site(s) that are causing this problem; as it could mean that they have server-side issues with streaming video.

there are may be two kinds of problem:
1)macromedia flash or windows(try linux or anoter browser like opera )
2)sitemakers without hands (donate them your hands) |
