| Are you using windows vista? If you are using vista you can try right clicking the icon, going in properties, go in compatibility tab and check run the program in Windows XP compatibility mode |

i think it is:
-you need a higher system performance(go to wesite and the the requirment)
-system compatibility like that guy said
-network connection
-firewall(the game was block so the game cant connect to server) |

if you are using windows vista ultimate i think it won't work but you can try.
You can try this: when you try to uninstall the game again run the installer as admin, maybe it didnt copyed omething needed. |

| Yea, vista does that alot. Try it in either compatability mode, or running it as an admin. If these don't work then reinstall it. Otherwise i cant help you. |
