what do u mean to get high lvl.. if u hav a pet. u want to make the friendship up faster.. u need a friendly pierce... 50% faster.. if im correct..

you can get your pet at here below link.. the quest is only balla and rei pet only ,the rei pet is for lv 40 up use.
after you lv 40 , you go to the Familiar Trainer again and talk to she and do the rei pet quest.
