I'd say that u first go the rappelz site and use the first client (im sry mmosite =) but its the best 1 for epic 4.5) when its done its best to have winrar and unpack it in a gala-net map or gpotato map after thats done u shud download the Manual Patch and unpack it in the same map when that done u get a InStallShield wizard opened and first remove everything (maybe u have to download again) and than get the installshield wizard again and then install it.
