| Normally when this happens to me, redownloading the game helps, also checking for any manual patches or fixes on the page may help, honeslt I can't be too specific unless I know the problem or the game, ideally both but try those two out for now :P |

| Redownload the game entirely. Usually what happens is that something gets corrupted within the download process (skipped a file/missing a patch)It happens a lot when downloading a big game like that. If the problem continues, they have a customer inquiry form you can fill out as long as you have an account. |
