Question Status Where can i get T1 mats ?

I'm new in RF. Now I'm making a Cora specialist and try to train Ammo PT. They said that I can buy T1 material for Ammo at NPC. But I can't find that NPC anywhere. And Sundries NPC dont have T1 materials too. Please someone can tell me where that NPC is.

 Yeah,now to making ammo u need material drop from mobs,dude =)

After going F2P, you can no longer do this. It used to be in sundries but they removed it = Sorry mate.
