Ok do the US development team doesn't take Mexico as part of NA, because it isn't Central America since CA is those little countries: Honduras, Guatemala, Panama, etc... if they are only making it for US residents they should say.

more then likely there aren't enough players in your regions so they just haven't implemented the codes for those countries
or have banned them all together for being gold farming regions

i think that mexico is CA,if u cant access game,it maybe blocks all IP from America
