ExpireRagnarok Online Won't Patch, help?

Downloaded iRO and the valkryie server and neither one will patch all the way. Each client gets about 1 patch in before it says failed to excute ragnarok exe. etc and any ideas how to fix this would be greatly appriecitaed :)
