Click  button on the main page (login first) to proceed to the ask question page. Input your question title, question description, and select the
question category, set reward point , and finally click  button to finish the process.
- How to select a question category?
First, select the game to which your question belongs, and then select the subcategory (as shown above,the highlighted).
For question that is not related to a certain game or this game does not exist you can specify the " All MMOS " category
- Can I ask a question anonymously?
Not for now. To prevent abuse of the answer system, users must first login before asking a question.
- What if there is no game or subcategory to which my question belongs?
Only those games hosted in MMOsite are available in the answer system. If the game your question belongs to is not listed, please send it to us via answer@mmosite.com. We’ll try our best to give you a satisfactory answer. However, we’ll continuously update the gamelist as soon as a new game is added.
If there is no subcategory your question belongs to, just select the “General” subcategory to proceed.
- Why no one answers my question? And what can I do?
Maybe because your question is not clear or specific enough, or too difficult. Try to describe it more clearly or set a higher reward point. If still no one answers your question, you can select “Cancel Question” to cancel the question, however, the reward point you set will be deducted from your total point . If there are some answers, but none of them satisfies you, you can select “No Satisfactory Answer” to cancel the question, and the reward point you set will not be deducted from you. If there is more than one good answer and you just can’t decide which to select as the best answer, click “Set Vote ” and select the answers you are satisfied with as candidate answers, and set a limit on the number of votes, and then the answers will be open for users to cast votes. The first answer which reaches the vote limit will be automatically chosen as the best answer.The last way is to raise your reward point to attract player's interest. Click "Raise Reward point" to raise your reward.
- Can I modify my question?
Not, you can’t modify your question once it is submitted, but you can add more conditions to the question. (use “Add new content” button beside the question title)
- Why my question disappears?
Some questions are not allowed and will be deleted. See Terms of Use and Rules.
- Can I post a question with images?
The function is not available at the moment, but it will become available soon.
- What if I choose a wrong category?
There is nothing else you can do. Cancel it and repost a question.
- How to find a question you are looking for?
You can use the search bar to find the questions you are looking for.

Each question has a 45-day “open” period. You can post an answer to any question which is unsolved (those with no best answer yet). Click  button and fill your answer in the content field and submit. Besides, you can attach some references in the “Attach reference” field. When a player answer your question, the system will automatically send an email to your inbox to notify you.
- How to select an answer as the best answer?
If the questioner is satisfied with any of the answers, he/she can click Accept button beside it to pick it as the best answer for his/her question. When your answer is set as the best answer, the system will automatically send an email to your inbox to notify you.
- Any benefits to answer a question?
In addition to enjoy helping other people, you can get point and score as well. Every time you answer a question (no matter whether your answer is chosen as the best answer or not), you’ll get 1 answer point. If your answer is chosen as the best answer, you will get the reward point set by the questioner as well as the reward (4 point) given by the system.(learn more about point)
- What does “the best answer” mean?
“The best answer” is the answer accepted by the questioner. The answer doesn’t represent any views of mmosite. When an answer is picked as the best answer, the question becomes a Solved Question.
- Do I have to attach reference?
If your answer is totally or partly quoted from somewhere, in order to avoid copyright infringement, we strongly advise you to attach reference, such as url, book name or others.
- Can I answer anonymously?
Nope, you have to login first.
- Can I answer my own question?
No, it is not allowed and not available.
- Can I post more than one answer for a question?
Sorry, you are not allowed. However, you can modify your answer. Click “Modify” button beside your answer to modify it.
- Can I post an answer with images?

- How can I find an answer I am looking for?
You can use the search bar to find the answers you are looking for.

| What is point |

Like MMOsite Forum and MMOsite Space, MMOsite Answer has its own point system. Users can use point to ask questions, or to exchange for MMOsite Gold.( Go here and login to exchange answer point into mmo gold, the ratio is 10 point for 1 mmo gold)
Operations that win you point:
1.Register an account through MMOsite Answer, 10 point
2.Answer a question, 2 point
3.Vote for an answer, 1 point (maximum of 10 point per day)
4.Chosen as the best answer, questioner’s reward point + 6 system reward point.
5.accept a best answer, 1 point
6.login per time,2 point (maximum of 2 point per day)
7.ask a question, 1 point
Operations that cost you point:
1.Ask a question (depends on your Rewardpointss setting)
2.Found abuse of the answer system, 20 point per time.
3. Anyone who is found spam for points in answer system will be punished and banned account.

| What is score |

Score is different from point. Score is only used to improve your level and determine whether you are a veteran or newbie user at MMOsite Answer. The more score you have, the higher your level will be and the better you perform in MMOsite Answer. All score are automatically given by the system.
Operations that win you score:
1.Answer a question, 2 score
2.Vote for an answer, 1 score
3.Chosen as the best answer, 6 score
4.Login per time, 2 score (maximum of 2 score per day)
Operations that cost you score:
1. Found abuse of the answer system, 20 score per time.
2. Anyone who is found spam for scores in answer system will be punished and banned account.
Note: you can't get scores by posting questions, you can only get socres by answer the questions.
